Your reason for requesting a refund (optional, but helps us improve)

Refund Timeline

Refund requests are processed within 1-3 business days
Refunds are issued to the original payment method
It may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement

After a Refund

Once your refund is processed:

Your download access will be revoked
You may keep any content you've already downloaded (we trust you)
Your account will remain active but marked as "unpurchased"

Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of:

Multiple refund requests from the same person
Evidence of abuse or fraud
Requests made more than 30 days after purchase
