Returns and Refund Policy

ArkFile provides digital app, content, and hosted download access. Refund handling depends on where you purchased and applicable law.
Why This Policy Exists
ArkFile delivers immediate access to downloadable software, curated content packages, entitlement checks, and download services. Digital purchases generally cannot be returned like physical goods once access has been provided, but we will honor refund rights required by applicable law.
What You Are Buying
- Desktop/web: a one-time payment for ArkFile digital download and account entitlement access
- iPhone: an Apple in-app purchase for ArkFile Essentials access inside the iOS app
- No recurring billing or subscription charges
- Purchases are separate in v1: desktop purchases do not unlock iPhone, and iPhone purchases do not unlock desktop
Web and Desktop Purchases
For purchases made through ArkFile's website or desktop flow, contact support@thearkfile.com with the account email and purchase date. We review failed downloads, duplicate purchases, accidental duplicate accounts, and legally required refund requests.
iPhone App Store Purchases
Purchases made through Apple's in-app purchase system are processed by Apple. Apple controls App Store refund decisions and may require refund requests to be submitted through Apple's purchase history or support channels.
Legal Exceptions
If applicable law in your jurisdiction requires a refund right, cooling-off period, warranty remedy, or other consumer protection, we will comply with those legal requirements.
