ArkFile Support
Support is available for ArkFile Essentials and Complete on iPhone, including purchase, upgrade, restore, download, privacy, and app questions. No ArkFile account is required for iPhone support.

iPhone Content Pack Help
- Purchase and restore: ArkFile Essentials, Complete, and the Complete upgrade use Apple in-app purchase. Use Restore Purchases in the iPhone app with the same Apple Account.
- Large downloads: Download content packs on reliable Wi-Fi when possible. If a download is interrupted, reopen ArkFile and continue the install from inside the app.
- Offline use: Installed content remains readable on your iPhone without an internet connection while the applicable entitlement remains active.
- Refunds: App Store purchase refunds are handled by Apple. See the Returns and Refund Policy for details.
